Our Roll on Roll off hook load containers are manufactured to the very highest standards.
Our Standard RoRo specification is 3mm sides , 3mm back door, 4mm head board, 5mm floor, fully welded inside and out. Top goal post brace bar (bolted) when required. Door hinges fitted with grease nipples and NYLOC nuts & bolts. Rope Hooks with 1 front access ladder & fully painted to your specification/company colours in BS or RAL paints.
The container is designed for storage & transportation of any heavy industrial and agricultural goods such as; Soil, Bricks, Hardcore, Wood, Metal, Plastic, Large Bulky Items, Light & Heavy Construction Waste.
HEAVY DUTY RORO
Our Heavy Duty Roll on Roll off hook loader containers are manufactured to the very highest standards. Heavy Duty specification is 4mm sides, 4mm back door, 5mm head board, 6mm floor mounted on 15 floor bearers, 150x75mm RSC, top rail inc. welded raised & raked goal post top bar. Door hinges fitted with grease nipples and NYLOC nuts & bolts. Rope Hooks with 1 front access ladder & fully painted to your specification / company colours in BS or RAL paints.
The container is designed for storage & transportation of any heavy duty industrial & commercial waste including Scrap Metal, Hardcore, Large Bulky Items & Heavy Construction Waste.
Sheeting System
The centre pole sheeting system is available as left or right opening & is easy to operate from ground level by hand. The sheeting system can also be operated electronically/hydraulically dependent on your requirements.
The sheeting system provides a cover over your load which is maintenance free & can be used to keep materials dry, keep materials hot & prevent loss of load during transit as required by Road Traffic Act 1991 & the Environmental Act 1990.
Sheeting is made to individual specification to suit any body shape or size & comes in a choice of colours.
Plant Puller
Hook Lift Flat Bed Plant Pullers are manufactured to our Standard Specification or we can manufacture to suit CHEM T.S.13 (HL5) upto CHEM T.S.8 Type 20 (32 Ton GVW / Big Hook) & can be fully painted in your company colours in BS or RAL paints. Flat Bed Plant Pullers are used to transport your equipment & materials.
As standard plant pullers come with 6 lashing down points per body each with a SWL of 5 ton per point, detachable light to medium use ramps that are stored inside of headboard with 2 rear maintenaine free rollers. In common with all our bespoke products made to order, they can be adapted to your requirements.
Drop Side Body
Gileskips Manufacture a Multi Purpose Hook Lift Dropside Body to a Standard Specification or we can manufacture to suit CHEM T.S.13 (HL5) upto CHEM T.S.8 Type 20 (32 Ton GVW / Big Hook) & can be fully painted in your company colours in BS or RAL paints.
For those businesses wanting a product to do more than one job, all side panels, posts, rear doors & rear door frame are completely removable to turn this drop side body into a flat bed plant puller body with internal lashing down points if required. HL5
Gileskips manufacture standard & bespoke HL5 Roll-on Roll-off hook loader skip containers for upto 14 Ton GVW. HL5 can be manufactured in various styles of body including low sided & high sided, mesh caged & dropsided panels, flat bed plant puller, enclosed recycling, all with a multitude of options & various apatures & window openings & can be fully painted in your company colours in BS or RAL paints.
HL5s are on average between 12ft to 14ft long & allow smaller vehicles easy access to smaller sites for lighter waste loads.

Compactors
Gileskips hook lift waste compactors are manufactured to CHEM standards & include swaged sides; large side hinged back door complete with pins, tubes & rope hooks, tapered down length and width for ease of waste ejection & provides up to 30 tonnes pinning off pressure.
RoRo Hooklift Compactors are on average 35 to 40 yard, but various sizes available upto 50 yard if required. Fully painted in your company colours in BS or RAL paints.
Waste can be reduced by a signiifcant ratio of its original volume, depending on the material being compacted. Typically a Gileskip waste compactor will reduce the waste volume to a ratio of 4:1. Compacting waste minimises the space needed to store refuse on site leading to improved hygiene, increased security and reduced fire risk leading to improved Health and Safety.
